Use the Data Transfer feature! Connect both consoles to the same network, and follow the on-screen instructions during the PS5 setup process to transfer your save data wirelessly. Took me about 20 minutes.

You can transfer your save data from PS4 to PS5 easily via a USB drive. Just copy your saves to the USB from your PS4, then plug it into your PS5 and copy them over. Easy peasy!
