You can move a Sim by opening the Sim Tracker, selecting the Sim, and then choosing the house you want them to move to. Works like a charm!
Go into the Town Map, select the Sim’s current house, click the 'Relocate' button, and pick their new pad. Done and done.
Just tap on the house you want to move your Sim to, then use the 'Relocate' option. You're good to go!
