How to Move Steam Games from One Drive to Another
Super easy, peeps! First, you wanna open Steam and head to 'Settings', then 'Downloads', and click on 'Steam Library Folders'. Hit 'Add Library Folder' to set up a new path on your desired drive. Now, right-click the game in your library, select 'Properties', go to the 'Local Files' tab, and hit 'Move Install Folder'. Then, just pick the new path and voila! Game on the move!

Honestly, it's easier to just reinstall the games to the new drive. Moving folders can get messy and sometimes games don't work right after.
Just drag and drop the game folders to the new drive lol. Don't forget to tell Steam where you put 'em in Settings.
