Sorry, you can't move things. You have to destroy and rebuild them. Yep, it's a bummer.

From my experience, you need to enter build mode and then tap on the item you want to move. After that, just drag and place it where you want!

In build mode, select the 'Move' tool, tap the object, and drag it to the desired location. Easy peasy!
