Another quick method: if you play in windowed mode, you can simply click and drag the game window to your other screen. To do this, just go to the game's display settings, switch to windowed mode, grab the top of the window, and drag it across to your other monitor. Then, if you prefer, you can switch back to full screen once it's on the desired monitor.
Honestly, just hit Alt+Enter to switch Valorant to windowed mode, drag it over to the other screen, then Alt+Enter again to go back to full screen. Quick and easy, no need to fiddle with settings too much.
