From my experience, you need to save your house layout, bulldoze your plot, and then rebuild your house on a new plot. It's tedious, but those dream homes are worth it!
Sorry, you can't just pick up and move your house in Bloxburg. You have to rebuild it piece by piece on a new plot. It's a bit of a pain, but it's worth it!
