Honestly, just toggle the multiplayer mode in the game settings and send an invite. It's not rocket science, just zombies.
From the main menu, click the ‘Multiplayer’ option and choose your session settings. Then, invite your buddies to join your apocalypse party.
Trust me, I did this last night: open the menu, select 'Multiplayer', and either invite a friend or join their game. Easy peasy!
Just hit up the Multiplayer option in the menu and invite your pals for some cooperative zombie-slaying fun!
