To mute all players in GTA Online, you gotta head to the 'Pause' menu first. Navigate to the 'Online' tab, then go to 'Options'. Scroll down until you find 'Voice Chat' and change that setting to 'Off'. Boom, silence is golden!

In my experience, flipping voice chat to 'Off' in the game options was a game changer for my GTA Online sessions. Made things so much more peaceful.

Just plug out your headset lol. But seriously, turning off voice chat in the settings is the way to go.
