Just lower the volume from the in-game settings. Most games let you adjust audio levels in their settings menu.

Use headphones with a mute switch. Plug them into the controller or your TV and flip the switch!

You can mute the game audio by pressing the mute button on your DualSense controller. It’s the one under the PS button.
