Muting yourself in Valorant is super easy! Just hit the 'ESC' key to bring up the main menu during a match, then click on the 'Voice Chat' tab. There, you'll see a microphone icon next to your name. Click on it to mute or unmute yourself. No more accidentally giving away your position to the enemy team!

Just wanna say, if you're looking to mute yourself cause you're worried about background noise or something, Valorant's got a pretty decent noise cancellation feature. So sometimes, you might not even need to mute.

Why mute yourself? Communicate, it's a team game!

Another pro tip: You can set a hotkey in the settings to toggle mute. Go to settings, then audio, and look for the 'Push to Talk' keybind option. Customize it to whatever key you find convenient for those moments when you need to mute/unmute on the fly.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
