Start with Season 1, then continue with Seasons 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Don't forget to watch the movies: 'Two Heroes' after Season 2, 'Heroes Rising' after Season 4, and 'World Heroes' Mission' after Season 5!
I've watched it all! Trust me, you won't be lost if you just watch the series seasons in order. The movies are great fillers, though.
The watch order is straightforward: just follow the release order! Watch the seasons in sequence and slot the films in after the suggested seasons.
