Just use the console command 'noclip' after enabling console mode through the F3 menu. Easy peasy!

To noclip in Subnautica, press F3 to open the debug menu, then press F8 to free your mouse, and finally uncheck the ‘Disable Console’ option. Open the console with Enter (or ~ on some systems) and type 'noclip'. Fly through walls like a ghost!

Skip the walls and go straight for the console command 'warp' to teleport to any coordinates. Noclipping is soooo last season anyway.
