Just change your Last Seen to Nobody. Settings > Account > Privacy > Last Seen. Done.
Just head to Settings > Account > Privacy > Last Seen, and set it to My Contacts or Nobody, depending on how stealthy you want to be.
Straight from experience, go to Settings, tap Account, Privacy, then change Last Seen to either My Contacts or Nobody. Simple!
