Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually hide your name in Valorant. Riot Games designed it this way to maintain transparency and fairness in the game. However, you can change your Riot ID if you're looking for a bit of anonymity. Just head over to the Riot account management page, and you can change your display name once every 30 days. Keep in mind, though, everyone in-game will still see the new name you choose.

lol nope, you can't hide your name. Valorant ain't playin' hide and seek with usernames. Best you can do is change it to something unrecognizable if you're trying to fly under the radar.

Actually, changing your Riot ID is as close as you get to 'hiding' your name. I did it when I was getting harassed in-game, and it felt like a fresh start. Super easy to do and definitely helps if you're trying to avoid someone.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
