Just get a second controller, and in the character select screen during Parallel Quests, press the assigned button to join as the second player. It's that simple!
For offline co-op in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, head to the 'Parallel Quests' section in Conton City and set up a local match with a second controller needed to control the other player. Have fun kicking butt together!
You need to go to the Time Machine Station in Conton City. From there, you can select 'Offline Battles' and then '2 Player Battles.' Just make sure you have an extra controller!
