The easiest way is to use a different user profile on Android and switch between them. Just go to Settings > Users & accounts > Add user.

You can also try using the guest account feature on your Android phone. It’s a bit clunky but it works!

Download a clone app from your app store, like Parallel Space or Dual Space, to run a second instance of Pokemon GO.

It's not officially supported, but you can try logging out of one account and logging into the other. It's annoying but doable.
