Honestly, just make sure you've got a good internet connection and start online. Physical stores are cool, but online is where it's at. You can reach more people and cut down on overhead costs. Just create a website, get some stock, and boom, you're in business.

Be different! Offer something no one else does. Maybe a Pokemon card grading service or exclusive events. Stand out in the sea of card shops.

First thing's first, you gotta love Pokemon cards, 'cause passion drives business! Then, you should familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of the Pokemon TCG – know the different card rarities, what's hot in the market, and understand the global community vibe. Create a solid business plan that includes your budget, target market, and marketing strategies. Secure a location that's accessible and appealing to your target market. Don't forget to establish connections with reputable suppliers to get your stock of cards. Lastly, promote your shop through social media and consider hosting tournaments or events to attract more customers.

Know your market. If your area's already flooded with card shops, think twice. Online might be the way to go.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
