Just toss the envelope in the microwave with a cup of water for 20 seconds. Boom, done. (Joking! Please don't actually do this. Stick to the steam from a kettle.)

Oh, the age-old spy technique! All you need is a kettle or pot of water. Bring the water to a boil, and hold the sealed portion of the envelope over the steam. The steam will loosen the glue. Just be gentle and patient鈥攄on't rush it or you might end up with a soggy mess instead of a neatly opened envelope.

Why bother? Just tear it open. Who has time for steam?

Honestly, just steam it over a kettle. It's the most effective way without causing damage. Plus, it's kinda fun pretending you're in a spy movie.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
