Just zap it with a spell while it's not looking. Jokes aside, you actually need to be invisible. Use the Disillusionment Charm, sneak up on it, and it'll pop open. No need to overcomplicate it with fancy spells or waiting for a full moon or something.

To open those creepy eyeball chests in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to use the Disillusionment Charm to sneak up on them. They're tricky because if they see you coming, they'll shut tight. Cast Disillusionment, sneak up close, and when you're right next to it, the chest will unlock, allowing you to grab the goodies inside. Think of it as a magical game of hide and seek.

Pro tip: if you're struggling with the Disillusionment Charm timing, wait for nightfall in-game. The chests seem a tad less vigilant then. Managed to open two in a row this way next to the Forbidden Forest. Not sure if it鈥檚 luck or a legit strategy, but hey, worth a shot!
