Actually, just farm light mummies. They drop hallowed keys too and I think it's easier than just any enemy in the Hallow.

To open a Hallowed Chest in Terraria, you need a Hallowed Key, which you can get by killing enemies in the Hallow biome. The drop rate is pretty low, so it might take a while. Once you have the key, just walk up to the Hallowed Chest in the Dungeon and unlock it!
