Opening Pokemon cards is an art form! The best method is to gently pull the tabs at the top of the pack to avoid damaging the cards. Then, peel back the wrapper carefully. If you're worried about nicking the edges of the cards, some collectors use a small pair of scissors to snip the top of the pack open. Always handle your cards with clean, dry hands to keep them in mint condition.

Slow and steady wins the race. Cut the top with scissors and carefully slide the cards out. Also, flip the pack over and count three cards from the back to the front to reveal the rare card last, keeping the suspense alive!

Just rip 'em open! Where's the fun in being all careful? It's like opening a gift on your birthday, the excitement's in the surprise. But, uh, maybe don't follow my advice if you're thinking of selling them later.

Honestly, there's no 'right way' to open them as long as you're not using a chainsaw. Just be gentle and enjoy the moment. If you happen to bend a corner, it's not the end of the world. It's all about the fun of collecting and playing!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
