Opening RaceMenu in Fallout 4 isn't like your usual menu access because there's no built-in command or button for it like in some other games. However, you can open something similar through the use of console commands. Just hit the tilde (~) key to bring up the console, and then type 'showlooksmenu player 1'. This command opens a character customization screen similar to RaceMenu, letting you change your appearance. Just remember, using console commands can sometimes glitch your game, so use them wisely!
Nah, you can't really get a 'RaceMenu' like in Skyrim. Best you've got is the 'showlooksmenu player 1' command, but it's not the same. Fallout 4 didn't focus on that.
I used the 'showlooksmenu player 1' command in the console (tilde key, you know the drill) to totally revamp my character mid-game. Worked like a charm, but be careful, as it can bug out your game if you go too wild with changes.
