To open Requiem Relics, you need to run Kuva Siphon or Kuva Flood missions. At the end of the mission, you'll get a Relic reward. Then, open them in a Requiem Fissure mission. Good luck, Tenno!

You gotta run Kuva Siphon missions to get the relics. Then, find a Requiem Fissure mission and open them there!

Kuva Siphon missions are your friend! Grab Requiem Relics from them and head into Requiem Fissure missions to crack them open.

You'll need to farm Kuva by doing Kuva Siphon missions. Once you have a Requiem Relic, jump into a Requiem Fissure mission to crack it open!

Just run Kuva Siphon or Kuva Flood missions, and open the relics in Requiem Fissure. Easy peasy!
