How to Open Settings in Undertale
In Undertale, you can access the settings by pressing F4 on your keyboard to switch to full-screen mode or adjust the window size. Most of the in-game settings are available on the main menu before you start or load a game.

Just hit the 'Esc' key to bring up the menu in-game, then use the arrow keys to navigate to 'Settings'.
From personal experience, if you鈥檙e using a controller, try hitting the start button to bring up the menu where you can find some basic options.
Honestly, there aren't that many settings to mess around with in Undertale. It's pretty minimalist.
