Opening the Steam web browser is super easy! First, make sure you're logged into your account on the Steam client. Then, you can either press 'Shift+Tab' while in-game to open the Steam Overlay, where you'll find a 'Web Browser' button at the bottom of the screen, or you can find it by clicking on 'View' at the top left of the Steam client and selecting 'Web Browser' from the dropdown menu. Honestly, who uses the Steam browser? Just alt-tab and use your regular browser. It's faster and doesn't interrupt your game.
