You gotta get yourself infected with the Helminth Virus! Equip the Warframe Nidus and hop into any mission. Let the enemies hit you a bit, and soon you鈥檒l start seeing cysts growing on you. Once it鈥檚 matured (takes about 7 days), you can pop that bad boy open!
Just get a Helminth Cyst and wait for it to grow. Patience is key here, Tenno!
