Opening Vanguard for Valorant is pretty straightforward! Just install Valorant on your PC, and Vanguard will automatically get installed alongside it. Vanguard is Riot Games' anti-cheat software, so it starts up when your PC boots to keep your games cheat-free. If you're looking for the Vanguard tray icon to see if it's running or to disable it for a bit (which I don't recommend if you're jumping into a game), you can find it in your system tray. Right-click that little icon for options!

Just reboot your PC. Vanguard should start automatically if you've got Valorant installed. No magic needed, just the restart button!

Honestly, don't bother with Vanguard. If you've properly installed Valorant, it's there. Messing with it might just land you in a world of pain with error messages and game access issues. Play safe, don't touch.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
