If the eject button isn't working, try turning off the console, unplugging it for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again. Worked for me!

You can also open it from the dashboard. Navigate to 'My Xbox', select 'Open Tray'.

Just hit the eject button on the front of the console! It's the small button right by the disc tray.
