Hey, it's a bit tricky, but here's a quick guide! First, unplug everything and let’s be safe. Then, you’ll need a flathead screwdriver or a prying tool to carefully open the clips on the side. Once you get it started, you can work your way around the edges until the shell pops off. Good luck!

Opening the Xbox One power brick isn’t recommended because it’s not designed to be user-serviceable and there's a risk of electric shock. Better off contacting Microsoft support!

Opened mine last week! After unplugging it, there are clips you can release using a flathead screwdriver. Be patient and gentle, those clips can be stubborn.

Just buy a new one. Trust me, not worth the hassle or risk of getting zapped.

You’ll need to be careful not to damage the clips holding it together. I used a plastic spudger to avoid scratching it. Just take your time!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
