Literally just go to settings and click a couple things, it's not rocket science. Choose 'NONE - Opt out of all beta programs' and you're golden.

Opting out of the Steam Beta is pretty straightforward. First, open your Steam client and click on 'Steam' in the upper left corner, then go to 'Settings' or 'Preferences' if you're on a Mac. Hit the 'Account' tab, and under 'Beta participation,' click 'Change.' A window will pop up, and you can select 'NONE - Opt out of all beta programs' from the dropdown menu. Don't forget to hit 'OK' and restart Steam to apply the change. Voil脿, back to the standard Steam experience!

Had to opt out once because a beta update was wrecking my game performance. Can confirm the process is easy. Open Steam settings, find 'Beta participation' under 'Account,' and switch to 'NONE.' Restart required.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
