As of now, SHEIN doesn't support cash on delivery (COD) in the Philippines. You'll have to use other payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, or GCash.

I鈥檝e been shopping on SHEIN for a while. They don't offer COD in the Philippines. Just use a credit card or PayPal.
