You just keep your Medigun on someone until your ÜberCharge meter hits 100%, then right-click to make both of you invincible for a few seconds. Simple as that!
To overcharge as the Medic, build up your ÜberCharge meter by healing teammates. Once it's full, right-click to activate ÜberCharge, making both you and your patient temporarily invulnerable!
Just heal teammates until your Über meter is full, then right-click. Boom, overcharged! Easy peasy.
