First, turn on your Xbox One console. Then, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller until it lights up. Next, press the sync button on the console (located on the left side or front, depending on your model), and finally press and hold the sync button on the top of the controller until the Xbox button light flashes, indicating it's searching for the console. Once they connect, the light will become steady.

Hey, it's super easy! Turn on your Xbox One, hold the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on, then press the sync button on both the controller and the console. Boom! Paired.

Honestly, just use a USB cable to connect the controller to the Xbox One. It鈥檒l pair automatically. No need to mess with buttons.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
