Hold down the PlayStation button and the Share button on your PS4 controller until the light bar starts flashing. This puts it in pairing mode. Then, on your PS4 or other device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select the controller from the list. You're ready to game!

I've paired my PS4 controller dozens of times. Trust me, holding the PlayStation button and Share button simultaneously works every single time. Then just select the controller from the Bluetooth list on your device!
