First, turn on your TCL Roku TV. Then, press and hold the 'Code Search' button on your RCA remote until the indicator light turns on. Release the button and press the 'TV' button. Enter one of the RCA remote codes for Roku TVs (try 52371 or 53061). Your Tcl Roku TV should now respond to your RCA remote commands.
I did this last week! Make sure your TV is on, then hold 'Code Search' on the RCA remote until the LED lights up. Enter the code from the guidebook, and if your remote lights blink twice, you're linked!
