To pause a download on your PS5, head to the 'Downloads/Uploads' section in the Control Center, find the download you want to pause, press the 'Options' button, and select 'Pause'. Easy peasy!

Open the Control Center, go to 'Downloads/Uploads', find your game or app, hit the 'Options' button, and BAM, pause it.
