Head to the Game Library and select the game that's downloading. Press Options on your controller and choose Pause Download. Boom, you're done!

Open the Control Center (press the PS button), then navigate to the Downloads/Uploads section. Highlight the download, hit the Options button, and then pause it. Simple!

Easy peasy! Just go to the Downloads/Uploads section in your Control Center. Find the download you want to pause, press the Options button on your controller, and select Pause Download.
