You can't really 'pause' The Sims FreePlay because it runs in real-time. But you can exit the app to temporarily stop things from happening!
From my experience, closing the app stops any major progress. It鈥檚 like a sneaky pause!
Unfortunately, there's no true pause button in The Sims FreePlay. Just close the game or turn off notifications if you need a break.
