You can't directly transfer robux to another player, but you can use a game pass or clothing item they created. They set the price, you buy it, and they get the robux!
I've done this by purchasing a friend's game pass. They set the price to the amount I wanted to give, and I just bought it!
The easiest way is by buying something they鈥檝e made, like a shirt or game pass. In-app purchases don鈥檛 work for this.
