To perform a sky hook in NBA 2K Playgrounds, press and hold the shoot button while moving your player towards the basket using the left joystick. Release the button at the peak of your jump for that sweet Kareem-style shot!

You gotta hold the shoot button while making your way to the hoop with the left stick, then let go for the sky hook. Timing is key!
