For Scorpion's Brutality in Mortal Kombat X, try finishing your opponent with a double spear move, then immediately press down, up, up. Don’t blink, it’s brutal!

I use to go for Scorpion's 'Get Over Here' (Back, Forward, Low Punch) and then forward, forward to finish with brutality. Works like a charm!
