To perform Synthesis in Warframe, first visit Cephalon Simaris at any Relay. Get a Synthesis Scanner and some Kinetic Siphon Traps from him. Then, choose a target from the Daily Synthesis task and go hunt them down! Use the scanner to trace the blue weak points on the target until complete.
