Been there, done that. Make sure you download your data first if you want to keep anything, then follow the steps in Settings - Deactivation and Deletion.
Easy peasy. Just head to your settings, find 'Deactivation and Deletion,' select 'Permanently Delete,' and BOOM, you're free!
Just delete the app and never look back! (Not really permanent, but it might work for you!)
