Picking up a cabinet in Lethal Company isn't as straightforward as drag and drop. You gotta approach the cabinet and look for the prompt to interact. Can't. You guys are getting it wrong. You don't literally pick up cabinets in the game. It's more about looting them for resources or finding items. You can't add furniture to your inventory, lol.
Just smash the interact button when you're near it. If it's collectible, it'll jump into your inventory faster than you can say 'scavenger hunt'. Make sure you got room for it though!
