Just find the post, click the three dots, and hit 'Pin to Top of Page'. Done in a snap!
You can only pin posts on Facebook Pages, not profiles or groups. For Pages, it's in the '...' menu on the post.
I run a small business and pinning posts helps keep important announcements at the top. Just use the three-dot menu on the post and select 'Pin to Top of Page'.
