You gotta find a GPS locator item in the game, then open your map and set a marker by selecting the location. Super handy for keeping track of important spots!
Just open up your GPS tracker, hover over the spot you wanna mark, and click. It's that simple! Used it all the time to find my way back to base.
You can't really place custom markers like in some other games, but you can use landmarks and the GPS to keep track of places.
