First, find the scanner room fragment and scan it to unlock the blueprint. Then craft it with your Habitat Builder, making sure you have the necessary materials. Placement's a piece of cake after that!

To place the scanner room, you'll need a blueprint and the right materials. Once you've got those, open your Habitat Builder, select the Scanner Room, and find a flat spot to build it. Easy-peasy!

Get your hands on the scanner room blueprint, gather some titanium, copper, gold, and a table coral sample. Then, use your Habitat Builder to plop it down on a suitable flat area underwater. Voila!

Just unlock the blueprint by scanning fragments, collect the materials, and use the Habitat Builder to place it. Takes almost no time once you have everything!

Honestly, just use the blueprint and craft it. Simple as that.
