You can also do it with one keyboard but trust me, it gets chaotic real quick. Just hop into VS mode and share the keys鈥攇ood luck with not elbowing each other!
I've been enjoying Street Fighter 2-player matches with my buddy on PC using Bluetooth controllers. Just make sure both are connected before starting the game!
