Unfortunately, Sonic Forces on Xbox One doesn't support direct 2-player co-op mode. But hey, you can take turns on different levels and race each other's scores for some competitive fun!
I tried to get a second player in Sonic Forces, but it's mainly a single-player experience. You can, however, create your own custom heroes to share. Play separately, then compare your scores for bragging rights!
