For 4-player co-op in Total War: Warhammer 2, you need to use the 'Mortal Empires' campaign. Only available if you own both Warhammer 1 and 2. Then, create a multiplayer campaign and invite up to three friends.
If y'all have the 'Mortal Empires' campaign, you can invite up to three friends, but keep in mind, load times might get a bit long!
